Ready to crush your fitness goals? Join us in the Fall into Fitness Challenge, a four-week jump start to the school year featuring a new workout routine every week. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, this challenge will get you set up for an active and energized year.
Each workout features a mix of strength and cardio, along with modifications to make each move more or less intense. Our trainer, Brianna, guides you through the challenge with recommendations for sets/reps (for strength) and duration (for cardio) depending on whether you are starting from a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level. Feel free to adjust as needed based on your energy levels, but remember—the key is to challenge yourself, so don’t shy away from those extra reps in weeks three and four.
